This property is fitted with free Wi-Fi, Air-conditioning and a washing machine. It also offers a spacious outdoor terrace with patio furniture and a sundeck patio to enjoy the Spanish weather. This Villa does come with its own private parking.

This secure gated property has beautiful gardens with parks and community pools around Alhama Signature Golf Course and is ideal for the whole family. Also on-site you will find bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket at the Al Kazar.

Condado de Alhama is ideally situated in the Murcia region of Southern Spain roughly 20km to the beautiful beaches of Bolneuvo and Puerto de Mazarron. The cities of Murcia and Cartegena are 50km and 60km away respectively, both offering an amazing choice of shopping, culture, history and nightlife. There is also huge amount to do in the local area including water-sports, hiking, horse riding, and exploring the local street markets.

There are 2 airports that service the area with car rentals available. Murcia Corvera International Airport is only 42km away and Alicante International Airport is around 110km away. We can help to arrange a chargeable taxi transfer service if you need.

A final cleaning fee of €100 is applied to the final cost of the holiday. Normal electric usage is included in the rental price.
