The resort has a 24 hour security prescience with beautiful gardens around Alhama Signature Golf Course. This resort is ideal for the whole family. On-site you will find bars, restaurants, a bakery and a supermarket at the Al Kazar. The gorgeous landscaped garden offers a kid’s playground along with a large community pool. Tennis courts, gym and football pitch are also located on site.

Condado de Alhama is ideally situated in the Murcia region of Southern Spain roughly 20km to the beautiful beaches of Bolnuevo and Puerto de Mazarron. The cities of Murcia and Cartagena are 50km and 60km away respectively, both offering an amazing choice of shopping, culture, history and nightlife. There is also a huge amount to do in the local area including water-sports, hiking, horse riding, and exploring the local street markets.

There are 2 airports that service the area with car rentals available. Murcia Corvera International Airport is only 42km away and Alicante International Airport is around 110km away. We can help to arrange a chargeable taxi transfer service if you need.

A final cleaning fee of 80€ is applied to the final cost of the holiday. Clean fee must be paid in cash on arrival. Normal electric usage is included in the rental price.
